Welcome to my site! Here’s a little about me. I have had training as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, with experience in medical-surgical, psychiatric, and dementia care, as well as pain management, and hospice nursing. My passion for health and wellness took me on a journey of beginning a holistic practice in 1998 offering my professional services with a variety of alternative and complementary healing methods. 

As the past President and Charter Member of an Integrated Practitioner’s Association, I recognized the importance of focusing on the whole person to improve health and wellness. Our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions set the stage for our overall health. My passion for assisting people to heal has allowed me to witness amazing positive shifts and transformations. When we are no longer burdened by negativity, trauma, and pain we can truly enjoy our life and relationships. 

I am an author, Spiritual Life Coach, Medical Intuitive, Usui, and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher. I received Board Certification in Holistic Nursing, I’m a Psychiatric Nurse, Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, Equine Communicator, and a 35-year student and facilitator of the book A Course in Miracles. Additionally, I have received Advanced Training in a variety of techniques to personally assist you, including Thought Field Therapy™, Emotional Freedom Techniques®, Tapas Acupressure Technique™, Spiritual Response Therapy, Quantum-Touch®, Interactive Guided Imagery, The Emotion Code™, Theta Healing, Reiki, Mindfulness and the Yuen Method. I am grateful to be available to assist you to deeply heal during individual sessions (with you or your horse) using these *techniques. These alternative methods can allow you to rapidly eliminate any type of stressful feelings, PTSD, relationship issues, emotional life blocks of any kind, and improve physical pain.

All of the techniques I offer may be done in person, by phone, or by virtual platform.

Using my conscious awareness and intuitive abilities, I am able to connect to your Divine Purpose through the spiritual realms. I am also able to gain information and receive specific messages about the predominant past lives that are affecting you in this life, and reveal what you came here to learn and heal. With this deep conscious awareness, I connect to, and interpret, the loving messages I receive to answer your innermost questions regarding your life and health.

I am available to give presentations and teach classes in Reiki, Energy Psychology, A Course in Miracles, Introduction to Past Lives, Connecting to Your Spiritual Angels and Helpers, and Mindfulness Awareness. I am available to conduct past life sessions and spiritual connections for groups as well as individuals. Connecting to a previous life experience can be deeply healing and transformational and can assist an individual in gaining awareness, healing, and clarity into present life challenges. Additionally, I conduct land, home, and personal clearings, removing negative energies and entities from people and spaces that can be contributing to interference, fears, and influence adults and children in negative ways.
