The disturbing emotions that often drive the engine of your thoughts are always based in fear and are merely stuck energies waiting to be uncovered, met for what they are, and embraced. They are stuck because you keep putting a lid on them and won’t release your grip on them. You think it is the other way around. You tell others with confidence that these emotions have a grip on you and that someone, something, or some force outside you has caused this to happen. You may think: this can’t be, I don’t want to feel frustrated, angry, sad, disgusted, anxious, or heartbroken. The one thing you can count on is that the origin of this distress tells the tale of you bringing a past that is gone, into the present.   

The mind always returns to judge the past, no matter how deeply you have placed these emotions. The attempt to analyze the past and hold onto it for safekeeping only serves to keep these feelings playing an endless song while you feel unable to move forward. 

Staying stranded in the past has been blocking you from Be-ing yourself and Be-ing healed. Forgive yourself. Look upon yourself and the world with fresh eyes. Your thoughts of another are a reflection of something within yourself. You are here to be of service to each other. Pull back the shades and let the Love shine in. The Soul’s innocence and strength are still within you waiting to be revealed. And So It Is.
