It is important to see, know, and be aware of the motives of your mind and notice the emotions that are triggered by your experiences. Let’s see your life like a ride at an amusement park. The ride can be compared to a day or a lifetime. The rise in emotions comes as you get on the ride, then it accelerates, spins you around and around, up and down, then it releases as the ride comes to an end. The ride wouldn’t be fun or entertaining if you felt a constant stream of just one emotion or the ride went slowly and endlessly back and forth in a boring an predictable way. Some people may feel stuck on this ride, using drama as a call for Love. It may all seem frightening, as it may appear that the ride is being run by someone else and is out of your control. You may also think there is someone to blame because you think the ride won’t stop by your demand.
What will you do with this moment? Breathe and know that all is well. You are an amazingly unique creation. Be curious. Be innocent. Be relaxed. Be confident. If you choose, drop denial just for a moment and surrender to what you have been running from to see the Heart Centered Joy that is waiting for you. This is what is meant by a self-examined life. Your thoughts dramatically impact what you call your spirituality and your purpose of being. Nothing is ever what it seems to be. Be free from the burdens of the past you have placed on yourself. The road ahead can be paved as smoothly as you choose. Start loving every part of yourself without judgment or condemnation. Look upon yourself and the world with fresh eyes, for your soul’s innocence and strength is still within you ready to be revealed.
